My Mission:
My goal is not only to exceed your expectations, but to deliver to you a final product that is of the highest quality and shows the care and craftsmanship which I consider to be the signature of my work.
My Background:
I have been building homes and designing and implementing renovations for over two decades in the greater Los Angeles area. Projects range from tenant improvements (TI) and large and small renovation projects to commercial kitchens for professional gourmets and houses from the ground up.
My Approach:
I work closely with clients from point of contact to job completion to insure that our work meets or exceeds client wishes, and is performed efficiently and professionally. I am an on-site contractor, which means that I remain available and actively engaged in the building process. It's important to be responsive to clients throughout the duration of a project. And being on site, I can insure that every stage of the project is given the highest attention to detail and craftsmanship. This is an assurance I could not provide if I merely stopped by and checked in on progress periodically.
I am a student of home performance, which means that I focus not only on undertaking the renovation or construction project on hand, but also viewing it in the context of the whole house. I work to maximize energy efficiency, ensure safe indoor air quality, and minimize impact on the environment. As I continue to focus on this area, I expect to offer more specific home performance services.
